Dr Marek Kulesza - academic teacher at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, social researcher, experienced manager of implementation, research and educational projects. Trainer, coach, supervisor, expert and manager of concept, research and development and implementation projects, including those with an international scope. Initiator of conceptual and implementation projects in the field of standardization and ensuring the quality of social services, professionalization and the use of coaching and supervision in the area of social activities, working with families, professional development, relations between professional and family life, training. Co-author of the Family Balance Coaching concept and the study of professional and family life balance competences.

Dr Justyna Kurtyka-Chałas - doctor of psychology, assistant professor at the Institute of Sociology, Faculty of Social and Economics of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw in the field of social work. Psychologist, works with children and adolescents and their parents in the field of diagnosis, psychological counseling and interventions in crisis situations. Scientific research focuses on developmental psychology, psychogerontology, psychology of values and religiosity, and psychological intervention in crisis situations. Author of articles in the field of psychogerontology, developmental psychology and crisis intervention.

Prof. Dr hab. Mieczysław Ozorowski - Roman Catholic priest, full professor, specialist in dogmatic theology and family studies. Project manager in the field of family coaching. In 2010-2020 the dean of the Faculty of Family Studies at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. Research areas: Church Studies, Sacraments, Marriage and Family Theology, Family Spiritual Support and Family Coaching. He participated in numerous scientific conferences, he is the author of many articles in the field of sacramentology, theology of marriage and family, and ecotheology. He is a project manager in project „Family Balance Coaching” and he i san expert in projects: „Alliance for the family” and „EDU SKILLS SYSTEM”.

Dr Elisabeth Riedl - psychologist, researcher at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, expert in psychological diagnostics and interventional psychology with particular emphasis on school psychology. She conducts classes in the field of work and health: the basics, work and health: application, personality diagnostics. Research interests: outpatient assessment in the context of work psychology, professional requirements and resources, stress and commitment to work, vocational rehabilitation, work-life balance.

Dr Ilona Skoczeń - assistant at the Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, team member at the Interdisciplinary Center for Research on Personality and Development PERSONALITAS. Area of interest: psychology of human development, in particular the impact of early experiences on the functioning in the emotional and social area of children and adolescents, dynamics of attachment formation, characteristics and forms of manifestation of attachment behavior at various stages of life.

Prof. Dr hab. Janusz Surzykiewicz - deputy head of the Department of Social Pedagogy at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Psychologist, educator, theologian, supervisor, social researcher, teaching trainer and mentoring coach (EASC), ICI coach, awarded with the Golden Cross of Merit. Research interests: health education (health promotion in the workplace and professional adaptability), advice and coaching (innovative counseling concepts in social education, e.g. family coaching, socio-pedagogical coaching), research on aggression and violence (reactive proactive aggressiveness) , prevention in children and adolescents), social integration. For years he conducted research and teaching at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and at the University of Warsaw.

Prof. Dr Joachim Thomas - psychologist, diagnostician. Trainer, expert in personal and professional development support projects. He has many years of experience in developing mobile diagnostic tools.
